My ideal self care weekend

Sometimes you really just need to say 🧘‍♀️ and chill for a weekend!

I needed that on every level this weekend, and it certainly helped to reset my mind, body and soul.

While in this healing journey, I’m working on pouring into myself so that I can provide the best energy possible for myself and the world. And part of that is honoring my needs and how I choose to do that.
