🍴 Fine Chinese Cuisine at Ekocheras

Today I went to Oriental Group located in Ekocheras mall with my family for a family reunion dinner.

When we walked in, we saw a spacious and high-ceiling space,

which is perfect for dining during this pandemic, they even have room dedicated for big groups of people.

The following are my reviews for the food :-

Smoked Bacon with salad & Truffle Mushroom with abalone

This was the first thing that came when we were seated, the appetiser which were really good. Especially the combination of truffle and abalone did really amazed me!

Shark Fin Soup

The soup is full of crabmeat and I love how it taste and it came as a second dish which could warm up our stomach before having main course.

Steamed Grouper Fish

The grouper fish was fresh and the meat was quite tender, easily to bite and it tastes superb!

Roasted Duck

The meat was tender and soft, not as hard as I thought it would be, as usually they would be quite hard to bite and it has to take a lot of efforts to chew. Surprisingly, this is super tender and flavourful.

Longan dessert

The part where I got most excited as I have a sweet tooth, I am always looking forward to desserts as usual.

The sweetness is just nice and it brings out the flavour of longan, not too overpowering.

Overall, I would rate this 5 out of 5. I love how spacious and cozy the environment is, their place is able to fit up to 20 persons in a room, which is a perfect place for a big group of people.

In addition, their food quality is also good, everything was quite good and up to standard.
