🍲 How to make mini steamboat at home

There are some days which I crave for steamboat a lot! I would usually invite my friends and family over to have a reunion or gathering once in a blue moon!

First of all, you will have to decide on the soup base! Most of the time, I would go for HDL Mala soup base. It is actually quite convenient to find it on the market or any convenience store.

Do not worry, it is quite easy to prepare, it just needs a lot of time of cleaning or washing the food ingredients. Normally, I would buy those processed food such as sausages, fishballs, cheese tofu, meatballs and so on.

Of course not to forget, the most importantly, and also the star of the show, sliced pork belly! This is a must every time! You can also buy your own source of protein such as fish or chicken as your preferred choice of meat.

It is really fun to have friends and family gathering around me and I totally enjoy making mini steamboat at home as it saves up lots of money to do so!
