I used to been china chengdu kuan zai alley 🇨🇳 than I found a Malaysia chengdu kuan zai alley stick shop in Malaysia 🍢they really have more than 200 shop in world wide 🇲🇾

They having simple ways to oder and eats , you need go to fridge to choose the stick ,which just RM1 per stick ！They have seafood stick, vegetable stick , meat , fish boll and more and more 🍅

Than you choose the stick and put into plate and send to the staff , than the staff will ask you the chili level, they call it “Mala🌶️” They do have 5level , I only can than level - 3

So sweet the willl serve it after 10minute ,they will build 1st and out Mala , than you can enjoy it, every time I eat stick , I always concern the stick ,but they prepare a empty bamboo which can put the stick , so no messy on table 🍴
