Yee Mee
Seafood
Tomatoes
Tomyam paste
Water 400ml
Garlic
Onions
👩🍳INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣Heat vegetable oil over medium low heat. Sauté onion, and garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add in chopped tomato.
2️⃣Add 400ml water, Stir in tom yum paste. Stir to dissolve tom yum paste. Cover and bring soup to a boil.
3️⃣Add yee mee noodles, followed by the corns and seafood. Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until seafood are cooked through.
4️⃣Turn off heat. Garnish with some coriander.
