Today I want to introduce to you guys that you can also eat potato salad during a fat-reducing period. 🫡 A moderate amount of starch and protein during the fat loss period is conducive to fat loss. Making this low-fat potato salad is simple and requires only a few common ingredients. 🤤 All you need to prepare potatoes, eggs, carrots, tomatoes, black pepper and low-fat mayonnaise.
Step 1: First, cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces. (Slice as thin as possible, it will be easier to cook)
