Hello! Any capsicum lover here? Today it’s another easy recipe day😎

Tbh, I do not like to eat green capsicum since i was small. Since then, i know that green capsicum has many benefits for our body.

In addition to being high in iron, green peppers are a good source of vitamin C, improving your body's ability to absorb iron. Green peppers are a superfood when it comes to preventing and treating iron-deficit anemia because of this combination.

Steps:

1. Remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers, and cut them into 5 cm long shreds; cut the green capsicum into sections.

2. Put the pot on high heat, add oil, heat it, add green capsicum and refined salt, and stir fry until the green peppers mature.

3. Add soy sauce and a bit of water, stir well and serve on a plate.

Green peppers that have been cooked well can be added to a variety of meals, including Chili stir-fry spaghetti tacos and meatloaf burgers.
