super easy and quick to make

500 calories (without whip cream) and 60 grams of protein!

for waffles mix in a bowl:

1) blended 1/2 c oats

2) 1 scoop vanilla protein (i use pure protein vanilla milkshake)

3) 90g egg whites

4) dash almond milk

5) dash baking powder

6) vanilla extract, sea salt, and stevia to taste

for cream topping:

1) 170 g plain greek yogurt

2) 8-10 g of sugar free jello mix (can use cheesecake, white chocolate, vanilla, etc)

other optional toppings:

1) frozen berries (i microwaved them to make them more jammy)

2) honey

3) sugar free syrup

4) whip cream

directions:

- mix all ingredients for waffle in a bowl until thoroughly mixed

- heat waffle maker and use cooking spray on it so that waffles don’t stick

- put a bit of the mixture into the waffle maker and let it bake through

- do this until batter runs out (makes about 4 in a mini waffle maker)

- for cream topping mix yogurt and jello mix (should be thick consistency)

- spread cream topping on waffles and put any other toppings you’d like

*tip, you can use whole rolled oats instead of blended but i think it the consistency is much better when the oats are finely blended rather than whole*

*tip, more baking powder will make them more fluffy*
