Disney Character Dining

We LOVE character Disney character breakfasts, but they are not all built the same! Our favorite character breakfast is Topolino’s Terrace at the Riviera Resort! The food and character interactions can’t be beat. The sour cream waffle is my favorite breakfast ever…ever! The theming, characters, food, and the terrace overlooking the Skyliner and park views is incredible.

Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom was such a surprise! We didn’t know what to expect, but the characters were some of our kids’ favorites. The churro waffles are seriously something that I dream about.

The Ohana breakfast with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto is a real winner too! The food is delicious and unique, and the Polynesian resort is truly something special.

An honorable mention goes out to Cape May at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. The food was good, but there weren’t any real standout dishes for us. The character interaction was great and frequent. Plus, the vintage beach theme was a lot of fun. Plus, it’s nice to have an option on the Disney Boardwalk and not in a park. Tusker House in Animal Kingdom was another one where the food was good, but the characters were really what made the meal shine!

What breakfast to avoid…Cinderella’s Royal Table. We enjoyed dinner and lunch, but breakfast wasn’t our favorite. Skip it and do the lunch or dinner, because dining in the castle is truly magical.
