Calling all Swifties - this one’s for you! Meet the lavender haze. Made with the one & only Empress gin for that stunning purple color, a gorgeous lavender honey infused syrup, lemon, and egg white for the foam cap that this cocktail deserves. It’s floral, it’s fun, it’s so Taylor.
lavender haze
- 2 oz empress gin
- 1/2 oz lavender honey simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon
- 1 egg white
Add all ingredients to shaker without ice to allow egg white to emulsify. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass.
lavender honey syrup -
1/2 c water
1/2 c honey
2 tbsp dried lavender
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve honey. Remove from heat and let flavors infuse for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Store in the fridge in an air-tight container for a couple weeks!
