pumpkin bread 🎃🍞

pumpkin bread -

1 1/2 c AP flour

3/4 c sugar

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 c pumpkin puree

1/3 c olive oil

1/3 c milk of your choice

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a large mixing bowl add flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix together. In a separate mixing bowl, add eggs, pumpkin puree, olive oil, milk, vanilla and whisk well. Fold wet mixture into dry ingredients. Pour into bread pan. Bake for 50 minutes. If top of bread is browning too much in le oven - lightly cover with a small sheet of tin foil. Serve warm with butter!
