Anyone else agree that smoothie season is all year long?? Even when the temps get to freezing I crave a smoothie in the morning. This is my new favorite smoothie recipe that Iβve been making on repeat for weeks now! Itβs perfect for after a workout, when your sweet tooth kicks in, or when you need a caffeine pick me up! Cold brew, peanut butter, chocolate, and bananaβ¦ it doesnβt get better than this! Try this recipe out and let me know what you think! πππ«π₯βοΈ

chunky monkey smoothie for one:
βΒ 1 c cold brew
βΒ 1/4 c milk of your choice
βΒ 1/2-1 frozen banana
β Β 1 serving chocolate protein powder
βΒ Β 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
βΒ Β Β 1 tbsp honey
βΒ Β Β handful of ice cubes

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add ice as needed. Drip some peanut butter into your glass, pour in smoothie and enjoy!
