If you’re in a rush and craving for a sweet snack, this recipe is just for you! I made this in an air fryer but I guess oven would work too!
5 minutes prep time and 5 minutes in the air fryer is all you need!
Ever since I saw this recipe on tiktok, it has almost become my daily breakfast. 1 slice of this is enough for me, for my boyfriend I’ll make him 2 slices 😅 I would also pair this with my vanilla oat milk cafe ☕️
I’ve been having this generally for breakfast, but I think it makes a quick midday snack as well especially in between back to back calls or just when you feel like rewarding yourself from a long morning of work 😛
Ingredients needed:
🍌🍞🥜🍯🧂
Banana
Bread
Peanut butter or any kind of nut butter
Honey (optional)
Cinnamon powder (optional)
Here’s what you need to do, it’s really super easy!
- spread peanut butter on your slice of bread
- slice bananas
**tip : slice them vertically for a more aesthetic look
- add honey
- add cinnamon powder
- air fry for 5 mins at 180 deg
Other toppings to consider which I think would work great are chopped nuts, dried cranberries or raisins 🤭 I think that if you have spéculos or lotus spread it would be amazing!
