This high protein snack or lunch tastes like it came from your favorite pizza shop and is so easy to make. There’s an optional step of drizzling on hot honey if you like the ✨slightest✨spice. Cottage cheese is the latest ingredient it-girl and I’m here to say it’s worth the hype. The protein per serving is unmatched and who can say no to pizza!? (Not me 🍕)

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 Slices Sourdough Bread

- ½ cup Lactose Free Cottage Cheese ( I use thee brand Good Culture)

- ¼ cup Pizza Sauce

- 2 Sundried Tomatoes

- Sprinkle Dried Basil / Pizza Seasoning

- 1 tbsp Hot Honey (Optional)

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F and layer sauce and cottage cheese on toasted sourdough bread.

STEP 2

Chop sun dried tomatoes and add along with basil. Bake for 5 minutes.

OPTIONAL STEP 3

Add a drizzle (~1 tbsp) of hot honey & enjoy!
