Apps to learn Japanese!

These are a few apps I recommend to use starting to learn Japanese.

When learning hiragana: I would learn to write it on paper too so incase you want a Japanese penpal, you'll know how to write hiragana.

When learning katakana: Thia writing system is usually used for foreign words, such as ディズニーランド (Disneyland). Do the same with this writing system as with hiragana. Who knows, maybe one day you'll talk to your penpal about the difference between America's Disneyland and Japan's Disneyland.

When learning kanji: I would write the kanji words rather than just the character itself. for example: 時間 (jikan) vs 時 (toki). It will help you learn which words have the kanji and also how to pronounce the kanji in certain orders. Ex. 中田 (nakada) vs. 田中 (tanaka).

I'm still not fluent in Japanese, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask. ☺️ I can still answer some basic questions, but am losing a little of my Japanese.
