Fitness creators are a phenomenal way to motivate yourself, find community, learn from people who have been doing this for years, and understand that you’re not alone in your struggles.

I’ve personally found some of my greatest friends through social media, collected so much inspo, and learn from people who are different than me in every way.

I have a personal philosophy that you should never let yourself to be the smartest person in the room. I think that applies to your social feet as well. With her often we spend on social media, the contact that you consume MATTERS.

Make sure you’re following people who uplift you and push you to be better, not the other way around
