Ingredients :
Flour tortillas - 8 pieces.
Cream cheese, softened - 1 cup.
Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup.
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon.
Strawberry pie filling - 1 cup.
Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons.
Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon.
Directions :
1. Begin by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a medium-sized bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and velvety.
3. Take each tortilla and spread the mixture generously, keeping a tiny margin along the edges. Then, place some strawberry pie filling in the middle.
4. Roll each tortilla tightly and position them seam-side down in a pan that's been greased.
5. Lightly coat the top of the wraps with melted butter.
6. In a separate bowl, combine granulated sugar with cinnamon, and dust this blend over the chimichangas.
