🥮🎂 Pecan Upside Down Cake🎂🥮
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1 pack instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups pecans
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spray a Bundt, square, or oblong pan with baking spray.
Pour the melted butter into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the light brown sugar evenly over the melted butter.
Layer the pecans on top of the brown sugar.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and instant vanilla pudding.
Add the eggs, oil, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the cake batter over the pecan layer in the pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, depending on your pan type:
Bundt Pan: 45 minutes
Square or Oblong Pan: 35 minutes
Insert a toothpick into the center of the cake to check for doneness. It should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan on a wire rack for about 10-15 minutes.
Carefully invert the cake onto a serving plate and let it cool completely before serving.
