I saw this Victoria secret full body workout online and decided to give it a go. The workout is great given it targets all part of the body. But I would recommend breaking this work out into at least 2-4 sets depending on your fitness level.
I went at in one and go, and both my thighs and calves where burning like hell. It took me 3 days for my soreness to go away.
So if you plan on working out everyday I would recommend doing at least 1-2 sets just to help you get going, because if you plan to do all 4 sets then your body will be sore. Unless you’re an extremely active person.
If you’re not an active person and want to start your journey doing at least 1-2 sets will work great for you.
