Ingredients:

3 oz Bacon

3 Eggs

1.5 oz Parmesan

7 oz Spaghetti

Instructions:

To expedite the cooking process, begin by boiling water for the pasta.

In a frying pan, gently fry the bacon over low heat until it releases its fat and turns slightly golden.

Cook the spaghetti "al-dente" once the water has boiled, following the package instructions.

For the Carbonara Sauce, break 3 eggs into a plate and mix thoroughly.

Incorporate freshly shredded parmesan cheese into the egg mixture, then add a generous amount of black pepper and mix well.

Pour 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water over the egg and parmesan sauce to prevent coagulation. Mix immediately.

Strain the cooked pasta.

Combine the strained pasta with the fried bacon, mixing well.

Add the carbonara sauce to the pasta, ensuring a creamy texture.

Optionally, sprinkle a bit of freshly grated parmesan, drizzle with raw olive oil, and add a touch more black pepper for extra flavor.
