Chicken Casserole

In the south, everyone has their version of "chicken casserole." Where might you be served chicken casserole? There will always be one at a church fellowship meal or a funeral (yes southern hospitality dictates you feed the deceased's family after a funeral). Today's occasion was the former, not the latter.

My recipe is a simple, no-frills version. I got the original recipe from a dear friend and put my spin on it. The secret ingredient: "Chicken in a Biskit" crackers. Geez Louise these things are delicious. Amp it all up with Cavenders and Kinders Roast Chicken seasoning and you'll want to slap someone it's so good!
