WAYS I HONOR MY DEPARTED BESTFRIEND 💚⛅️👼🏻

this year i lost a coworker who had become one of my closest friends. each day is still a grieving process. i let out tears for him often and am sometimes gifted with reminders of his spirit surrounding me. nothing can fill the void death leaves. there’s something so paralyzing about that pit in your chest that someone once filled with laughter and love. i’ll miss my bestfriend everyday but im grateful for the time i had with him and that i knew him at all. i’m also grateful i have physical reminders and items of him to keep me close. we used to live right near each other so we’d race each other home from work. when i’d drive home alone after his passing, i’d sometimes hold his box cutter just to feel him driving beside me (or behind me cuz i always won the race home lol)
