Can we stop with the ✨perfect houses✨

I am so sick of seeing the “perfect” houses with clean rooms and everything in its place. Yes, my house is messy when it’s 3pm, but also yes, we played a lot today. I put some things on the back burner, like cleaning up the bathroom, so that we can get to the park on time. My child will remember all the fun times we got to go to play, and that mommy was there. They won’t remember when mom didn’t put the bread away, or dads pants were on the bathroom floor all morning. And if they do remember that, they will also remember what we were doing instead. 💕
