First and foremost let me just say that my hairstylist DELIVERED!

To provide some context I have been trimming my hair by myself at home for the past 2 years as I wanted to save money and it turned out fine when I did the Layered do-it at home hair cut. But recently I’ve been experiencing serious hair loss and I think it’s because my hair was getting too long and I probably didn’t properly cut my dead ends away 😮‍💨. So I decided to get it properly cut at a salon. So since I am going to pay money to get it professionally cut, I decided to change my hairstyle and chose to go for a 90’s bob hair cut after seeing it on tiktok! 😍

🌟 Image 3 is the reference picture I showed my hairstylist and Image 2 is how my hair looked like before my haircut. So to be honest I am still very impressed by how she managed to cut it so that I look like the image that I showed her. 🥹

🌟My hair was cut and styled by @Sheryn at MODE Salon ( 6th image for her IG profile), as my friend recommended me to get it cut there and I’ve seen influencers such as Jujucloe and pforpeonies get their haircut from her as well, so I decided to take a leap of faith and get it cut from her!

I am not sure about the rate cards of the other hairstylist but Sheryn’s rates are slightly on the pricier side as she’s a leading stylist in the salon. So it’s $78 for ladies haircut and $68 men’s haircut. But great news! MODE Salon is currently running a promotion till end April (5th image) where you can enjoy 25% off for any services! So I paid $58.50 for my haircut in the end!!

❤️ What I really like about Sheryn:

- As someone who always can’t seem to articulate what I want in my haircut, I really appreciate the time and effort she took to clarify and understand what I am looking for, even showing me images of what different types of bobs look like and finally giving me her opinion on which I should go for. Tbvh, as someone who is q indecisive it was definitely super helpful to have a professional stylist give her advice and also reaffirm your final decision before she goes ahead to work on your hair.

- Her attention to detail and being able to adapt the hairstyle according to my face shape was amazing! She was so laser focus throughout the entire session and really put her 100% effort and attention on my hair.

💭Thoughts: Overall, I feel that it’s worth every bit of my money! I could feel the heart and soul she put into cutting and styling my hair. Also the price of the haircut includes hair wash and a soothing head massage! 🥹
