Extraordinary bookstore in the heart of KL 💗

RexKL BookXcess is one of the most interesting bookstores I’ve ever visited in KL . It is A very creative book store housed in an old cinema building. It is more of a tourist attraction where you can take great pictures as well as book hunting.

Mostly the books are priced cheaply in the RM15-20 range, but they are mainly off-season books. The book selections are not great, I can't find anything that I can buy, which is a pity.

Many people came here for the picture sessions (that is to be expected I guess). In one particular bookstore, you'll notice more individuals posing for photos than reading (or even holding a book for that matter). When I visit the bookstore there is an event happening in front of it and you can view the performance from far away and the music blasting.

Besides, there is a cafe inside too but the menu price is quite high so I didn’t buy anything from there.

Overall I think this is a great place to hang out and chill or buy books. One of the nice places to visit in the heart of KL.
