how to style a leather skirt🪽

This post is about a staple item in my closet that I have worn over and over for the last five years: a simple black leather mini skirt. This one is from J. Crew, but a durable leather mini skirt can be found at other stores like Banana Republic, Abercrombie & Fitch or Zara.

I love to wear my leather mini skirt with sheer black tights; it's comfortable and cohesive. You can pair it with a simple turtleneck and tote bag, or with a cozy sweater, leg warmers and Uggs.

I also recently got a vintage Ralph Lauren trench coat that I styled with the skirt + a lace detail top. This outfit looks great with knee-high leather boots from Steve Madden.
