Do you struggle picking out cohesive outfits in a rush? Try the sandwich method! It's basically just a cute name for color coordination, but can definitely help busy college students quickly assemble an outfit in the morning.

It involves matching the color of your shirt to your shoes, with a different color in between. You make a 'sandwich' of color, hence the name.

For example, I picked neutral New Balance Cream 480s and matched them with a cream long sleeve top from Brandy Melville. In between, I wore my light blue vintage overalls from Levis.

You can also use this method with accent colors. My classic Reeboks have navy accents, which I matched with a navy blue knit zip up from Edikted. I wore plain white jeans to tie it all together.

Overall, I think this method is very helpful if you are satisfied with simple, cohesive outfits for class, errands or hanging out.
