Ingredients:

- 2 cups of pineapple juice

- 1 cup of limeade concentrate

- 3 cups of lemon-lime soda

- A few drops of green food coloring

- Mint leaves (for garnish)

- Crushed ice

Instructions:

1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice and limeade concentrate.

2. Stir well until the concentrate is dissolved.

3. Add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve your desired shade of green.

4. Fill glasses or mugs with crushed ice.

5. Pour the pineapple-lime mixture over the ice, leaving some room at the top.

6. Top each glass with lemon-lime soda.

7. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.

8. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive Minty Grinch Punch!

Note: You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less lemon-lime soda according to your taste preference.
