Went to Volunteer State Community College for the PTA program and absolutely loved it. There were many times when I struggled or got behind that led to self doubt and loss of motivation, but my advice is to stick with your plan and have connections (either with the professors or your classmates) to help guide and push you through. Some classes will feel useless and some professors you won’t like, that’s just a part of the experience, however have an open mind; drop classes if they are too hard and find study groups or find another professor that better suits your method of learning. College is an experience I wish all could have. I sticked to a small community college but toured plenty of universities, so find one that fits you!
