Being a retail employee is difficult everywhere- and learning how to navigate the trickiness of retail is an art in and of itself.

When I worked at Aritzia, I will say that this job possibly prepared me for a successful career more than any internship I’ve had before, I kid you not. This is because of the intensity in which we had to train to become good salespeople and attentive customer service people.
