Here are somethings I’ve learned about postpartum as a first time mom!

Those first couple of weeks are the hardest as you are recovering, your life has taken a 360, and you have this new life to take care of. I barely remember the beginning of my kids life because everyday, all day I was in survival mode. You are feeling literally everything all at once especially in the beginning.
