Homemade Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting 🍂✨ With the new Whey Protein Cinnamon Roll

These fluffy cinnamon rolls are the ultimate comfort treat! Here's how you can make them without a kitchen machine:

1️⃣ Dissolve 1/2 cube fresh yeast and 70 g sugar in 100 ml warm water. Add 200 ml warm milk and 200 g flour, then mix. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

2️⃣ Add 100g Whey Protein "Cinnamon Roll" from @foodspring the remaining 400g flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, and 70 g oil. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise in a bowl for about 2 hours, covered.

3️⃣ Melt 120 g butter, then mix in 150g brown sugar 30g Whey Protein and 2-3 tsp cinnamon.

4️⃣ Roll out the dough into a 40 x 50 cm rectangle, spread the cinnamon filling, and roll it up. Cut into 3-4 cm wide pieces, place them in a greased baking dish, and let rise again for 20 minutes.

5️⃣ Preheat your oven to 180°C fan. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden.

6️⃣ While they bake, mix 120 g cream cheese, 30g Whey Protein, 60 g butter, 70 g powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla sugar until smooth.

7️⃣ Spread the frosting on the warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy them best while they're still warm!
