Pepper Nachos

Was in the mood for nachos but on a diet. I came across using sweet peppers as the nachos and it was just as delicious! Altogether this meal was only 463 calories! I used 6 sweet peppers cut in half to get 12 “nachos”, ground hamburger, lettuce, shredded cheese, onions, and salsa! Definitely adding this one to the menu!
