Kebaikan Probiotic Untuk Wanita

I baru berjinak-jinak nak cuba Probiotics sebab dengar yang it is so beneficial to us women. Tapi I tak sure nak ambil Probiotics yang mana satu. Bila pergi pharmacy I pun naik juling tengok ada pelbagai produk.

Alhamdulillah I memang takde masalah keputihan sejak I dah bersalin. Waktu anak first agak teruk but it was treated by the doctor. Now dah takde dah. Cuma, I rasa terpanggil nak cuba Probiotics to strengthen my gut health. As we all know, once kita ada gut health yang baik, kesihatan kita pun boleh bertambah baik. Dahlah suka makan macam-macam so kena take care of myself sikit la.

So ladies, boleh share tak apa probiotic yang best untuk try. As for now I try Green Monster Kombucha Probiotics. Rasa dia sedap la sebab rasa passion fruits.

Boleh suggest ke any probiotic yang lebih bagus yang you all pernah try?
