Making Chewy Rice Paper Tteokbokki❤️❤️✨🏝

Today i made super chewy rice tteokbokki made from rice paper! If you guys love chewy stuff you must try this chewy and easy rice paper tteokbokki❤️✨

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ 12-14 sheets of rice paper

⭐️ Chopped green onion

⭐️ Chopped Garlic

⭐️ 1 tbsp gochujang

⭐️ 2 tsp of gochugaru

⭐️ 2 tsp sugar

⭐️ 2 tbsp soy sauce

⭐️ 200 ml water

Method:

1. Soak the rice paper with water and stack 2 rice paper in a cutting board.

2. Then roll it out and cut them into bite size pieces.

3. Then chopped the green onion and garlic.

4. Pour water into a pan and add the tteokbokki seasonings and the chopped garlic and green onion.

5. When it’s boiling add the rice paper rice cakes and cook until thicken.

6. Serve on a plate and add chopped green onion on top.
