Making Crispy Garlic Potato Bubbles 🧄🥔✨

Today’s recipe is another potato dishes! You guys will live this combination of garlic and potato here! This snack is super crispy, yummy and so easy to make!!🥰

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ 1 large and 1 small potatoes

⭐️ 5 tbsp cornstarch

⭐️ 1 tbsp garlic powder

⭐️ 1/2 tsp salt

⭐️ 1/2 tsp pepper

⭐️ 1/2 tsp dried thyme and rosemary

⭐️ 1/4 tsp paprika or chili powder

Method:

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Then transfer into a bowl.

2. Pour some water and boil until it softened.

3. Mashed them through a sieve and add cornstarch and the seasonings. Mix it well.

4. Form it into a small ball and fry on low heat until crispy and golden brown.

5. Serve with ketchup or hot sauce!
