1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller chunks.

2. Peel the garlic cloves. Chop them into smaller pieces.

3. Add a pinch of salt to the water. Boil both potato chunks and garlic cloves.

4. Cook the potatoes until you can use a fork to piece through them easily.

5. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them thoroughly and return them to the pot.

6. Add cooking cream, salt, and black pepper to the pot with the potatoes and garlic.

7. Mash the potatoes into even smaller pieces with a fork. Don't need to make it too smooth.

8. Sprinkle with parsley.

Note: If storing leftovers, refrigerate them. Reheat in the microwave when you want to eat it. Leftovers can last for 2 to 3 days! 🀩✨
