Making Fried Mini Wonton at Home!! 🥟✨

Today i’m going to show you guys how i made this delicious fried mini wonton at home! This yummy snack is perfect for your movie night with your bestie/family/bf/gf !!❤️❤️

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ 200 gr ground chicken breast (you can also add some ground shrimp)

⭐️ Chopped garlic & green onion

⭐️ 1 egg white

⭐️ 1 tsp soy sauce

⭐️ 1 tsp sesame oil

⭐️ 1 1/2 tbsp tapioca starch

⭐️ Salt, Pepper

⭐️ Dumpling wrappers

Method:

1. in a bowl combined all the ingredients. And mix it well until combined.

2. Lay The dumpling wrappers on your hands. Use around 2 teaspoons to put the Filling on the wontons.

3. Brush 2 edges with water. Then fold to seal.

4. Brush water on one corner and bring corners together, pressing to seal.

5. Then fry on low heat until crispy and golden brown.

6. Serve with any sauce you like!!
