Who loves mochi and cookies? Today recipe is combination from Mochi and cookies! It’s easy to make and also super yummy🥹🥰

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ 50 gr glutinous rice flour

⭐️ 1 tsp sugar

⭐️ 70 gr water

⭐️ 1 tsp butter

⭐️ 60 gr Room temperature butter

⭐️ 20 gr white sugar

⭐️ 30 gr brown sugar

⭐️ 1 Egg

⭐️ 120 gr all purpose flour

⭐️ 1/4 tsp baking soda

⭐️ 1/4 baking powder

⭐️ 15 gr cocoa powder

Method:

1. Add glutinous rice flour, sugar and water into a bowl. Mix it well.

2. Then strain using a strainer and cover with plastic wrap and steam for 25 minutes.

3. Then add butter and knead the mochi until smooth and stretchy.

4. Divided into 6 pieces and form it into a small ball. Cover it and set it aside.

5. Then mix the butter until creamy. Add sugar and mix it well.

6. Cracked egg and mix it again.

7. Sift the dry ingredients and mix it well with a spatula.

8. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it cool in the fridge for 1 hour.

9. Scoop the dough and flatten them out. Add mochi in the middle and cover it well.

10. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 170 °C.
