Making Extra Crispy Potato Cheese Sticks!!🤩🤩

Here’s another potato snack ideas for you who loves potato so much!!🥔🥔 This snacks is inspired by my favorite snacks! It’s so cheesy, so crispy and so delicious!🤩

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ 3 peeled potatoes (around 500 gr)

⭐️ 120 gr cornstarch

⭐️ Salt & Pepper

⭐️ Dried thyme

⭐️ 80 gr grated cheese (any kind)

⭐️ Grated Parmesan (optional)

⭐️ Oil for frying

Method:

1. Cut the potatoes into chunks and put it into a bowl and fill it with water.

2. Then boil it for 15-20 minutes until completely soft.

3. Mash the potatoes with a strainer to make it extra smooth.

4. Then add the seasonings and also cornstarch. Mix it well until you can form it into a ball.

5. Then place it into a ziplock bag and roll it out using a rolling pin.

6. Then put it in a freezer for 30 minutes.

7. When it’s chilled, cut them into strips and fry them on low heat until crispy golden brown.

8. Serve it with ketchup or hot sauce!
