Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ 125 gr butter

⭐️ 50 gr white sugar

⭐️ 50 gr brown sugar

⭐️ 1 egg

⭐️ 1 tsp vanilla extract

⭐️ 70 gr all purpose flour

⭐️ 70 gr bread flour

⭐️ 1/2 tsp baking soda

⭐️ 1/2 tsp baking powder

⭐️ 115 gr chocolate chips

⭐️ 80 gr biscoff biscuits

Method:

1. In a bowl, place butter and mix it well until creamy. Then add brown sugar and white sugar. Mix them again until creamy.

2. And then add 1 egg and vanilla extract. Mix it again.

3. Sift the dry ingredients with a strainer and mix it with a spatula.

4. Add chocolate chips and biscoff biscuit. Mix it again until combined.

5. Scoop the dough into 12 pieces and put it in a fridge for 1 hour.

6. Then, do the same with the biscoff spread.

7. When the dough has chilled, flatten it and put the spread in the middle.

8. Form into a bow and place it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake it in the oven for 12 minutes at 170 °C.

9. While it still hot add biscoff biscuit and sea salt on top. And now it’s done!
