Today’s recipe is very easy Banana Mug Cake! This Banana Mug Cake is the perfect treat for your weekend treat or breakfast!🤎

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ 1 ripe banana

⭐️ 1 egg

⭐️ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

⭐️ 1 tsp sugar

⭐️ 1 tsp baking powder

⭐️ 80 gr all purpose flour or oat flour

⭐️ 50 gr chocolate chips

⭐️ 2 tbsp milk

⭐️ Strawberry

Method:

1. Mashed 1 ripe banana in a bowl. Then cracked one egg and also add vanilla extract. Mix it well.

2. Then add sugar, baking powder and flour. Mix it again until combined.

3. Then add chocolate chips and milk. Mix it again.

4. Pour the batter into a greased ramekins or mug. Then put it in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 180 °C.

5. When it’s done, garnish with strawberry and now it’s done!
