-The Alum Cave trail in Gatlinburg is about📍 5 miles and is out & 🔙.

-There is an option to continue to the top of Mount Leconte ⛰️ and that is 11 miles📍 round trip to the top

-This trail is EXTREMELY STEEP ⛰️for half of the way up

-this trail becomes icy❄️ (especially in the rock cave you must climb through shown in the video) around November-March

-Parking🚗 is ❌bad ❌unless you get there early (before 8 am) or around 1/2pm during peak season (summer months).

⭐️Overall rating: 5/5: One of my favorite hikes in the 🌲Great Smoky Mountain National Park🌲
