Wedding trends I’m loving…

Here are just some of the current trends that I am seeing becoming more popular for weddings over the last sever months and can see staying around a bit longer.

1. Unique aisle seating…I’m loving this aisle seating trend, especially this zigzag pattern. It creates such a special and beautiful design to the ceremony and can also help make sure that people can see a bit better without having to dodge heads as much.

2. Mismatch glassware…I love this on especially if they are thrifted glasses that the couple collected the year(s) before finally getting married, can we say eco friendly 🌎! It’s such a personal touch and I just love the colors and different styles they can bring. Bonus if they use them additionally as their favors and use them throughout the night as their glasses for the evening.

3. Mini cakes…Having these for your guests instead of having to cut a full cake is so cute. Cupcakes also are great when they are designed beautifully. Also anything in mini size is just better, can we all agree on that?

4. Simple cakes with floral arrangements…Kind of goes in the same realm as the last. This is just such a beautiful idea and can also save you a bit of money on the cake costs rather than getting a super intricately designed cake. And lets be honest no one really remembers the cake or likes most wedding cakes but I know people remember the flowers

5. Vinyl guestbooks…I love this! I think this is so fun when the couple picks their favorite song or their first dance song for everyone to sign. I’ve had couples do this then they tell me they pulled it back out for their anniversary and it made it such a special memory.

6. Selfie mirrors…We all know everyone likes to take their pictures with their friends or partners at weddings they attend, so why not give them a fun way to take pictures. It’s also so great seeing your friends take their pictures in the mirror and then post them or share them with you later.
