Whether you have a passport or are looking to find adventure back home in the states, these are some of my favorite outdoor experiences. 🌄 Sometimes, a pricy adventure is worth the cost, and other times, you can check off your bucket list for free! 💸 Here's the details:

Ziplining in Banos, Ecuador: One of the most beautiful settings for zip lining with super high flying routes and amazing jungle views. 🌿

Snorkeling in Panama: 🐠 Free! Just pack your mask and snorkel and dive in when visiting places like Bocas del Toro or San Blas.

Whale Watching in Mexico: 🐋 If you're visiting the Pacific coast of Mexico in the winter, you may be able to witness a massive humpback migration. I recommend Chica Locca tours out of Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita for a three hour trip with an open bar and swim break! 🍹

Backpacking Havasupai: 🎒 If you can snag a (relatively expensive!) permit, you can spend three nights in the most beautiful canyon in the world, with unreal turquoise water. The hike in and out is 10 miles each way with a pack, so make sure to train your legs. 💪

Swimming in Denmark: 🏊‍♂️ In Copenhagen in the summer, swimming is part of the culture. The city's public waterways are super clean and there are swimming and sunning platforms all over town. My favorite is at Nordhavn!

Sailing in Miami: ⛵ You don't have to head to Europe to sail! South Florida is full of amazing Airbnb experiences where you can spend a day on the water.

Dog Sledding in Norway: 🐕 If you visit Scandinavia in the winter, your tolerance for the cold will be rewarded with amazing experiences like dog sledding through frozen plains. And yes, you can drive the sled! ❄️

Hiking Acatenango Volcano in Guatemala: 🌋 If you're able to hike 6+ hours uphill, you can spend the night on the side of dormant Acatenango watching lava stream into the sky from neighboring Fuego Volcano. The campsite with the best views ever!
