THE BEST JUNGLE HOSTEL IN PANAMA 🐒

Selina Red Frog Hostel is the besth hostel in Bocas del Toro, if not all of Panama! 🌴🌅 I would visit this hostel over and over, and here's why:

My stay in the private bungalow room was nothing short of magical, but you can stay in a dorm for only $12. You are IN the jungle; hearing monkeys and birds in the morning. What truly sets this place apart is its resident sloth, Alfred! Seeing a sloth in the wild was on my bucket list and Selina Red Frog helped me check it off.

The social atmosphere and public spaces are great; I was barely in my room because I wanted to hang at the beach, pool or bar and take part in activities that where scheduled all day every day, like yoga, snorkeling, board games, nature walks and live music. And breakfast is included and delicious! It's almost like a hostel meets resort.
