Places that don’t feel real Europe!

Before I visited Europe, I didn’t think I would be as shocked about the landscapes I would be seeing as much as I did. I came across all sorts of terrains that looked out of this world and if that’s something you are looking for during your Euro Summer then save this post for later so you can start putting it in your plans!

THE MOUNTAINS OF Positano ⛰️

Nope this isn’t the towering mountains of China or Thailand, these are the mountains right next to the infamous and picturesque town of Positano in Italy. Because the city is so well known and that’s what people go to Positano for, I had NO IDEA that the coasts mountains looked like this and at first it felt displacing haha. But I thought it was BEAUTIFUL and I loved the surprise!

THE SAND DUNES OF Fuerteventura Spain

While Fuerteventura is one of the Canary Islands off of Africa, it is owned by Spain and thus I will be including it because I went there in my European summer as well. The whole island of Fuerteventura is quite desert and flat but that’s what makes the sand dunes so cool! Feels like you’re in the movie of Dune except with the occasional view of the ocean near by too.

FIELDS AND MOUNTAINS OF Switzerland

I’m sure everyone is well aware of the beautiful mountains of Switzerland but imagination has nothing on what they truly look like from the human eye. Waking up in my campervan at that field in the middle of no where in Switzerland, it felt unrealll and it almost always felt like that even in nearby towns and cities!

THE TERRAIN OF Sarakiniko Beach MILOS GREECE

This place genuinely makes you feel like you are on another planet or taking a casual vacation to the moon! You can spend a whole day here exploring the white rocks and jumping in the clear blue water below!
