Hiii everyone! Happy fall🍂🎃 it’s been awhile. Tbh I’ve been struggling with my mental health for months & when I do, I’m not consistent. But I’m back and am going to try to post daily/weekly. I love advocating for mental health & helping people. Please reach out if you ever want to talk.

You deserve happiness & support! 🧡 here are 3 habits that may help with your mental health this Fall!

🍂cook & eat meals that you actually like but are healthy: idk about you but I LOVE fall for many different reasons but a BIG reason is FALL FOODS. I love SOUP SZN, warm & cozy meals, fall desserts like anything pumpkin or apple flavored 🎃🍎 so cook more fall meals at home. Stop eating out & spending money!! Actually plan out your meals & grocery lists. It can make you feel good about yourself & boost your confidence when you spend time cooking for your family, friends or partner.

🍂tidy/organize your space for 10 mins DAILY: just 10 MINUTES. That’s it! It’s not long but a quick tidy can change so much. If you want to make it 15 or 20 mins then do that! But make it quick & don’t focus on too many things at once. Having a clean space can help your mental health SO much. Make sure your space is organized & clean.

🍂take nature walks/do outdoor activities: I absolutely looovee walking outdoors in the woods by the river when all the leaves have fallen & it’s crisp outside 🍁 to journal & just reflect on life. It’s the perfect weather in the fall. That’s why it’s my favorite season! Not too hot, not too cold. So get outside while you can! Before winter comes 😅 getting fresh air definitely helps your mental health.
