my honest opinion on wrist rests 💭

Because I work at my desk for long hours at a time, I eventually developed carpal tunnel. I experienced a lot of wrist pain and eventually gave in to buying a wrist rest.

Here are my honest thoughts after using it:

It provides temporary relief and does elevate your wrists, but it did not completely stop the wrist pain. Overall, I don't think that it has much of an ergonomic effect.
