Save this if you are going to Kuromon Market!

Hi Zesties!! Another overseas trip means a new food review! Visited Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo recently and had so much good food there ~

Highly recommend to visit this store when in Kuromon Market! (Pics 1-5) We visited twice during our stay in Osaka. The sashmi are so fresh and literally melt in your mouth 🤤. Most importantly the fatty tuna were really affordable and better quality as compared to the ones I tried in Singapore!!

So how did we had the sashimi platter at around SGD 24?? (using an exchange rate of SGD 1 = 114 Yen) We were walking back to our hotel and we decided to check out the store again to takeaway some food back. Hence, we managed to get this at half price as the shop was closing for the day soon! Nonetheless, the sashimi was still fresh and the uni was decent as well. Do note that as the shop was closing, only take aways were allowed!!

As for pic 6-8, do not really recommend that shop. The salmon sashimi was one of the most unfresh one I have eaten 🥹. I think it is pretty obvious based on the picture… As for the king crab, although it is HUGE but I’m not a fan of it as it’s SaLtY instead of sweet and fresh.
